Chris is the General Manager of Pilbara Rail Maintenance and is also a Director of the company.

Chris has a background in operations and founded PRM to fill critical gaps in service delivery and expertise in the rail industry.

Chris has nearly 15 years’ experience in the rail industry, with a background in project planning and management. He is recognised Australia wide as a leading innovator and technical expert in the rail industry.

Chris has worked on a number of large scale rail projects across the Pilbara in Western Australia. Chris is a passionate and hands on manager for PRM and prides himself on projects being done on time, on budget and with zero harm to his team.

Ian is a Director of Pilbara Rail Maintenance. Ian has over 25 years’ experience in the construction, infrastructure, mining and oil and gas industries, with experience in both onshore and offshore processes.

Beginning with a trade background, Ian progressed to being a registered mine manager / construction manager. He has successfully managed and delivered large construction projects in Perth and the Pilbara and brings this expansive experience to Pilbara Rail Maintenance.

Ian is a Director of Red Rock Services, a major employer in Karratha and an Aboriginal led business with a transformational net zero product range for the mining and energy industries.

One of PRM’s Co-Founders and an experienced legal practitioner, Chelsea has been practising law for 15 years in a career spanning several sectors and roles, predominantly centred around the energy and resources industry.

Chelsea advises across all business levels, oversees all legal matters and provides the Board with day-to-day legal support across all operations. She also assists with smooth contract administration, ensuring the business meets all contractual obligations and remains compliant with company policy and government regulations.

Mark has worked in the rail industry for over 25 years. He has a detailed working knowledge of rail construction, engineering, and maintenance practices in heavy haul and passenger railways.

Mark has been responsible for the planning and successful execution of high value, large scale and complex rail projects both in Australia and the UK including the West Coast Route Modernisation (UK); London 2012 rail upgrades; Optus Stadium Rail and East Perth Station Projects in Perth WA; WPIOP in Karratha; and Thornlie Cockburn and Yanchep Rail Extensions in Perth WA.

Damien is a high performing, results-focused corporate compliance manager with a robust background in project leadership, team training and development, resource management, business development, financial administration, and contract management.

Damien joined PRM in 2022 bringing with him years of experience managing multimillion-dollar revenue streams and project deliveries projects involving collaborative planning to tactical execution with Fluor, including rail maintenance and renewal activities,

Jason is an experienced and highly qualified rail superintendent who has over a decade of experience leading major project teams in the rail and construction industries.

Jason specialises in execution coordination and the delivery of major track renewal projects as well as major shut work and derailment repairs. Jason has successfully delivered several significant, complex track renewal projects in the Pilbara region of WA.

His role includes planning renewal projects from inception, through to equipment and personnel procurement and ultimately delivery and completion.

Joel is a heavy haul rail expert with 10 years’ experience supervising and superintending track construction and maintenance works. Joel has delivered major renewals and maintenance works across multiple worksites in a heavy haul operational environment.

Joel is strong leader with a depth of experience coordinating site teams in terms of logistics, execution, and safe working. He is always focused on delivering works to the highest standard with safety at the forefront.

Keenan is a methodical and success-driven leader with extensive experience within the rail construction and maintenance fields. His expertise includes overseeing the overall phase of rail projects, execution of strategic plans, equipment management, capacity utilisation, and infrastructure inspections.

Keenan also adds value to PRM with his strong stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach to site safety. He has a strong background in planning and maintaining rail track infrastructure, with proficiency in track maintenance, track possession and protection, plant, equipment, and tools management.

Anthony is a dynamic accountant with 18 years of experience across various sectors, including mining, construction, and engineering. Throughout his career, he has worked for both listed and private companies, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in handling diverse finance functions.

With a strong track record of success, Anthony has achieved significant results in financial and management, quality and efficiency enhancements, successful software rollouts and cost-saving initiatives worth tens of millions of dollars. His expertise encompasses a wide range of financial areas, including finance reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, project management, strategic planning and corporate structures.
